Etchika Choureau (November 19, 1929 – January 25, 2022), film actress. She acted in several successful films in the 1950s and 1960s (L'envers du paradis, Ein Mädchen aus Paris, Darby's Rangers, Angélique – Marquise des Anges), then in 1966 she retired from acting. At one point, she was in a relationship with Hassan II of Morocco when he was heir to the throne.
Régine Zylberberg (born Rachelle Zylberberg; December 26, 1929 – May 1, 2022), often known mononymously as Régine, Belgian-born French singer and nightclub impresario ("Queen of the Night"). She also acted in several films (La gamberge, Le couteau dans la plaie, Sortie de secours, Le train etc.).
Dominique Paturel (April 3, 1931 – February 28, 2022), voice, stage and film actor (Le Repas des fauves, La Provinciale, Vipère au poing, La Môme).
Michel Ruhl (February 2, 1934 – January 15, 2022), actor (Police Python 357, La Menace, Mort d'un pourri etc.). Also well known for dubbing.
Michel Subor (born Mischa Subotzki; February 2, 1935 – January 17, 2022) actor who starred in Jean-Luc Godard's second feature, Le petit soldat (1960), banned by the French government until 1963 because of its political content (Algerian War). Subor was also in Alfred Hitchcock's Topaz and many other films (Un drôle de Dimanche, Jules et Jim [narration], L'Imprécateur, La Révolution française – Les années terribles).
Serge Korber (February 1, 1936 – January 23, 2022), film director and screenwriter. He directed 45 films between 1962 and 2007. He directed Louis de Funès twice, in L'homme orchestre and Sur un arbre perché.
Catherine Spaak (April 3, 1945 – April 17, 2022), actress and singer, mostly in Italian films but there are also some Hollywood as well as international productions (Il Sorpasso, La Noia, Week-end à Zuydcoote, Hotel, Il gatto a nove code, Take a Hard Ride, Sunday Lovers).
Christian Gasc (August 8, 1945 – January 11, 2022), costume designer for film, theatre and opera. He worked on many films by André Techiné as well as other notable directors (Barroco, La Chambre verte, Les Sœurs Brontë, Le Grand Pardon, Ridicule and many more…).
André Wilms (April 29, 1947 – February 9, 2022), film and television actor, also in German and Finnish films. Wilms was the winner of the Best Supporting European Actor award at the 1992 European Film Awards for his work in Aki Kaurismäki's La Vie de bohème. Other notable films are La Vie est un long fleuve tranquille, Monsieur Hire, Europa Europa, Juha, Tanguy).
Gaspard Thomas Ulliel (November 25, 1984 – January 19, 2022), actor (Les Égarés, Hannibal Rising, Saint Laurent etc.).

Oh, merde... Beineix was a great director. DIVA and BETTY BLUE are masterpieces.
