This is just an awful episode. Think of the premise: an episode about pooping in a swimming pool. This is ... awful. And it's punctuated by equally awful jokes, like a blind prostitute and Roger wanting to make racist jokes.
So, was the annoying Koala in there when it blew up? Would have been great had this been a real episode.
It's been established Stan won't even kill a guy for his job in the C.I.A., even outside the work with a creepy guy wanting to molest his son, but here he kills a guy, the cat and burns the house down. He murders a lot of people in fact. Fans who remember that, no doubt knew the whole thing wasn't real; it was a ... dead giveaway.
