The music in those tracks is on the Episode 6 album (under different names)
So it might be buried in this thread, but are any of the tracks repeated on the episodes OSTs from the initial 2CD OST and/or across the various episodes?
The source track 'Street Musicians' from the episode 3 album was also supposedly an Amazon exclusive yet it appeared on the retailer/streaming album. And yes, those two 'exclusive' OST tracks are definitely on the episode album.
Plus, the suggestion of a $150 deluxe box that is missing music that is only available on Prime streaming.... let's just say I reckon the idea of having any material exclusive to Prime (i.e. download only) died a fast death.
Perhaps the left-hand of Amazon doesn’t know what the right hand of Amazon is doing.

iirc the theme suites from the first third or so of the OST are re-recorded concert arrangements (not heard in the show, unless any tracking was done), but most if not all of the actual score material from the rest of the OST is the same material and recording heard in the show and episode albums, just with some editing and tidying for listening.
For episode 6 a majority of the music on the episode album is on the OST, and almost all of episode 8 is, to the extent where had I picked these up digitally I'd have considered just individual tracks.
Physical media should be cherished! I can enjoy the artwork, the liner notes and obviously the music whenever I like without some algorithm letting the media gatekeepers know I've listened to it whilst charging me for the privilege of access and selling my data on at the same time! If I like it and there's a physical version, I buy it.
There are a number of tracks that are on both the official CD and the episodes scores but appear to be different recordings. "The Mystics" is quite different. Some CD tracks are a portion of a longer episode track. The episode 6 track "The Siege in the Southlands" contains 2 of the CD tracks I think.
The music on the 2-CD Season 1 OST album that isn't also on the episode albums is:
Shore's main title cue
1 The Rings of Power Main Title 1:34
Bear's concert arrangements
2 Where the Shadows Lie (featuring Fiona Apple) 3:49
3 Galadriel 3:44
4 Khazad-dûm 3:21
5 Nori Brandyfoot 2:50
6 The Stranger 5:04
7 Númenor 4:32
8 Sauron 2:46
9 Valinor 2:40
11 Elrond Half-elven 3:24
12 Durin IV 3:05
13 Harfoot Life 2:22
14 Bronwyn and Arondir 2:48
15 Halbrand 2:56
19 Elendil and Isildur 4:17
22 Nolwa Mahtar 2:03
23 Nampat 2:35
note1 - for some reason, his Where The Shadows Lie (Instrumental Version) concert arrangement IS on the episode 1 album, even though they didn't continue to put the concert arrangements that were used as end credits on the other episode albums after that. note2 - "Nolwa Mahtar" isn't really a concert arrangement, it's just the ending of the "The Siege In The Southlands" track, with the vocals isolated and repeated before it as a fun opening, and a short ending added.
Alternate passages
10 In The Beginning [4:45-5:33] = an alternate to what you hear in the episode 1 album track "Prologue" [5:48-end]
18 Nobody Goes Off Trail [3:33-end] = an alternate to what you hear in the episode 3 album track "Both Our Bloodlines" [4:52-end]
Cut passages
30 Water And Flame [0:53-1:01] = cut from the episode 6 album track "Sorrow, Water, and Flame" at 3:43
33 The Mystics [0:07-0:17] = cut from the episode 8 album track "Confronting the Mystics" at 0:05
Late to this party, but why was this release so limited? Yet again released Stateside rather than worldwide, just like the 2-disc soundtrack. People don't have cd players over here anymore?
I dread to think the prices scalpers on eBay will be trying to charge.
