WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 24

FROM---trailer released for the EPIX horror series.

LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11ngcrNjE2A

JURASSIC WORLD: DOMINION---DOMINION begins where The Prologue, which is not in the movie, ends. Colin Trevorrow said The Prologue hints at the franchise's future, "The arc was in the second film, their home was destroyed. And then they're left wandering, they're left nomadic and by the end of the third film, they are able to, I don't want to say that the ending is, but, we're forced to have to learn how to coexist with them in a way that we coexist with other animals on the planet. It doesn't mean that they're like going to Starbucks or anything or on the streets in the city. There are lions and if you go out and get too close to a lion, it's going to eat you up, but it's not a threat to you in your daily life. And I feel like there's a much more grounded way to integrate dinosaurs into our world that it really does feel like it's what would actually happen."

MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE---Keanu Reeves commented on appearing in a future Marvel project, “Will I ever join the Marvel universe? Isn’t it already bigger than a universe? A multiverse, a Marvel-verse … It would be an honor, there are really magnificent directors and visionaries, they are doing something that no one else has ever really done. It is special in this sense: in terms of dimensions, ambitions, production. Therefore it would be really nice to be a part of it."

SLINGSHOT---Laurence Fishburne, Casey Affleck and Emily Beecham star in this sci fi movie about an astronaut trying to keep his sanity on a fatally-flawed mission to Saturn's moon, Titan.

THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS---co-writer David Mitchell commented on RESURRECTIONS, “I saw the film in Berlin in September. It’s really good. I cannot tell you what this film is about, but I could explain what it is not. It’s certainly not yet one more sequel, but something autonomous that contains however the three MATRIX [movies] that preceded [it] in a really ingenious way. It’s a very beautiful and weird creation. It also achieves a couple of things that we do not see in action films, meaning it subverts the rules of blockbusters.”

THE 355---photo released of Jessica Chastain, Diane Kruger and Lupita N'Yong'o in the female assassin movie.

NO DOMAIN--Amanda Milius, daughter of writer/director John Milius, has acquired the movie/tv rights to the upcoming book about controversial anti-virus pioneer John McAfee, who supposedly committed suicide in a Spanish prison in June.

CLIFFORD THE BIG DOG---Paramount Pictures announced a sequel is underway.

TRIVIA---Thanksgiving movie trivia.
In RUNNING SCARED, Larry Hankins played Chicago Police mechanic Ace, who modified the police car belonging to police detectives Danny Costanzo (Billy Crystal) and Ray Hughes (Gregory Hines) into a super taxi. In the Thanksgiving movie PLANES, TRAINS AND AUTOMOBILES, Hankins played the taxi driver with his friend Del Griffith (John Candy) and Neal Page (Steve Martin) as his passengers.

So the best part of the movie, the first few minutes of the prologue won't be in the movie? Dinosaurs have a story arc? Humans can live with Dinosaurs? Next you're going to tell me T-Rex's play golf. wink

I thought he made a good (hypothetical) point about them (if they were reborn, as per the movie premise) escaping into the wilds and living off the land, like bears and elephants and the big cats do.
They'd mess up the eco-system for sure...but no worse than us humans are doing anyway!!
Some would be bred in captivity and shown off in zoo's and parks, just like the other wild animals we see there.
What other possibility is there?

They'd mess up the eco-system is an understatement! I know the film is a fantasy but comparing humans co-existing with modern day mammals with living with dinosaurs is a fantasy.
