Thanks to PlutoTV running so many of these quite often, I've become a fan of that segment from "Manhunt in Space" where they video call the character "Rocky", who is living in his mom's basement but pretending to be a ladies' man. I crack up every time the bots and Rocky start shouting at each other.

Oh, and all of the segments in "Time Chasers" where the bots go back in time to try to steer Mike away from taking the job on the SOL!

The Turkey Day host segments from 1995, when Jack Perkins (played by Mike Nelson) gets drunk and starts coming on to Mr. B Natural (played by Bridget Jones).

Runner’s up:

Dr. Forrester exclaims. “Oh Frank, someone left us an Agony Booth!” from a season 6, not sure which episode.

From “Overdrawn at the Memory Bank” when Mike has to keep rubbing his head to stop the Monkey Crow and Servo ordered (named Henry Kissinger) from running amok.

So here's my 2 honorable mentions:
1) Torgo delivers a pizza to the Mads ("Manos, The Hands Of Fate").
2) Servo, resplendent in an RCMP uniform, sings a song about Canada ("The Final Sacrifice").

My favorite:
The Mads square off against Mike & the bots for a battle of the swing choirs ("Skydivers").
The normally shy and reticent Gypsy comes completely out of left-field and sings her guts out.
