However, the Blu-Ray release of this ALSO comes with the complete soundtrack so I'm wondering if there is any difference? I know the Blu-Ray doesn't come with a CD booklet... does the CD come with one or just a simple cover art insert?
As much as I dislike Zimmer now, I like his 90's stuff and while his work with Stanley Myers was very Myers-esque, you can still hear some Zimmerisms throughout. Intriguing score:

NO, INTRADA has nothing to do with this release other then selling the NOTEFORNOTE RELEASE, just like SAE,etc

Thanks. So you've slightly confirmed what I thought which is that the extra on the Blu-Ray which is purported to separately contain the 'complete soundtrack' as a bonus extra has the exact same audio presentation as this NoteForNote CD release.
Since the Blu-Ray doesn't have a CD "booklet", it raised a question, but your confirmation that there is no booklet for the CD either highly suggests that without a "booklet" difference, the audio should be the same.
I contacted the owner of NoteForNote and while he misunderstood my question (He thought I was asking if the score was "complete" with all the music from the film and I don't want to bother him) he graciously did share that the music on the CD contains all the music in the film minus some musical stingers.
Still no definitive answer that "the 'complete soundtrack' featured as an extra with the Blu-Ray is the same as the CD release", but given the information we know, it's a fair assumption (even though the two were released a year apart).
I noticed that the above suites make no mention of Stanley Myers. Perhaps they are just Zimmer's music. I'll skip them and wait for the CD so I can hear Myers' music. If they contain both composer's works, then I wish the youtube author had given proper credit to both composers. Nothing against Zimmer, but it buggles my mind that in the Myers/Zimmer collaborations--wherin Myers was usually the dominant composer--that Myers often gets treated as a footnote.

They clearly label which composer worked on which track and you can definitely hear a difference. Myers' work seems to have been for the more lyrical, "orchestral" stuff and Zimmer's work is for the more action, rhythmically-oriented stuff. You can actually hear a lot of the repeated Media Ventures sample loops and chord progressions that Zimmer would use later on which is very fascinating to hear.
Oddly enough too while the music samples themselves are bad and dated, the implementation of them musically is intriguing so it definitely captured my attention for a purchase.
Not sure when Intrada will get it, but because I ordered this and Sleepy Hollow from Intrada and they’re waiting on this, it’s holding up my whole order.
I really am quite intrigued to listen to it in full and analyze it into my processing databanks.
