https://filmscoremonthly.com/board/posts.cfm?threadID=143595&forumID=1&archive=0 Well this says "expanded to 44 tracks" -- I'm pretty sure the complete score runs around 100 minutes so should be a good amount more compared to the old 2008 Deluxe Edition. Varese Deluxe Editions of that era often were just expanded rather than complete, which is why complete editions were later released for Poltergeist II (twice!), Stargate, and (by Varese themselves) The Omen. if it helps, the official title of the picture on the right is: "Doctor Putting Human Puzzle Together" I'm not letting that standard internet caption go unnoticed... Getty Him to the Greek? Getty Carter? Let's Go Getty Harry? What could possibly be made to Deluxe the Deluxed previous version from the very Varese Club? Given the new look of the website, perhaps it's The Matrix: Newfangled Mobile Edition.

And it is indeed THE MATRIX on CD and SA-CD, plus PAYCHECK.

YAY for The Matrix. I hope there will be a CD release of it too that day. It's weird, the bootleg has 42 tracks. So I wonder what the other two tracks are.
Not a bootleg, Don Davis's official composer promo. He left 3 short cues off of his promo: 4M2PR The System 4M5 Ignorance Is Bliss 4M7 See Who? All 3 of those debut on the new Varese Complete Edition. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a6O7S8txNoETkuSihPuOBZfFCQEtdaVStJBBUZ4xWZg/

If it's SACD hybrid (as has been standard for almost two decades now), it will have two separate layers: a regular CD layer which can play on any CD player and an SACD layer which requires special equipment to play (though certain regular old Blu-ray players as well as 4K players will play this layer -- you just have to check the specs). It will be higher than CD quality, and can also play multi-channel. But if you are playing a hybrid SACD on normal CD equipment, there will be zero difference from a normal CD edition of the same album. Yavar

At 2000 copies (what, not 1999?), I guess Varese is hedging its bets based on the sale power of the Deluxe Edition release. With the paltry, original CD pressed at 24bit, is this the ground the SACD is meant to cover?

Well it's actually 3000 copies if one includes the 1000 SACDs (presumably hybrid with a CD layer as well, though I wish that was stated explicitly). Yavar
