Jesus Christ this guy is a snake oil salesman. Milking 10's of billions of tax payer dollars while most of his outlandish ideas are a joke and never come to pass. He's the monster, put him in a cage.
I wish Musk well in many of his efforts - lets remember that without him pushing us into electric vehicles, there is no way we'd have them on the road now. That is worthy.

While he's had a lot of success with the Falcon Nine he still loses one of them on a regular basis. Also he didn't "invent" the vertical landing, the technology been around for 60 years.
And the Starship thing will never work. The Raptor engines are far from reliable, and if the Starship loses just one engine a hundred passengers are blown up with the rocket. Not to mention surviving the free fall invert and hoping the landing legs hold up. Plus, you need a tower to disembark. How the hell do a hundred people get off that thing on Mars or the Moon?
Tesla is a company he purchased, he didn't build it from the ground up.
The Hyper loop is another concept which has been around for 60 years, not only didn't he invent it, the science isn't behind it. The thing will never work as planned.
