Likely to your surprise, Solly, I will actually approve this message smile (even though I have a few criticisms of his presentation).

Here's the points he made after the 5:00 mark:

--Eat less meat and dairy (especially meats cured with nitrates and nitrites)
--Avoid heating foods in plastic containers
--Eat less takeout/fast food sold plastic containers
--Avoid using non-stick cookware. (If you must, then use lower heat, and for shorter periods)
--Discard non-stick pans if the surface shows damage
--Eat less processed food
--Eat food with less packaging
--Support the regulation of corporations, to prevent their using more plastics and chemicals in our foods and food packaging

Does anyone think they can affect any of these changes in your food habits?

Yeah, that's the problem. How do you avoid all these products, contaminants, and processed foods?
We're trapped in an unhealthy ecology and a fast moving society. Modern living kinda demands conformity. Unless your self-sufficient, live on your own island and control the means of production you're screwed.

This is all just a big thing of boloney.

These idiots can't point to any legitimate, peer-reviewed, long-term study on any of these claims that are heavily biased or made up. Just a few shorts years ago the guy that made a study claiming people who ate meat were more aggressive and what not, which sounded like a huge load of bullshit and sure enough he later admitted to making it up.
What ever anybody's opinion is of processed food, fast food, etc., the fact is humanity is eating better, more often and consistently, and more healthily than it ever has all human history. And it's eliminated the more time-consuming and unpleasant aspects of survival. You want to eat meat? You can go to KFC, Taco Bell, etc, and boom -- there it is. You don't have to hunt for it with mixed results, uproot like and move to where the game has migrated to, you don't have to cut up, skin, prepare, etc.

And penis sizes are -- no pun intended -- rising and falling as has everything from any aspect of life, for millions of years.

How lucky we are to be able to go to a grocery store and buy countless flavors of ice cream, cookies, chips. How lucky we are to not have to hunt, prepare and cook and just go to Pizza Hut or Taco Bell.

We’re eating better and healthier while consuming KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut?

Obesity has skyrocket in America over the last 60 years. Over 70 percent of the population are obese. Medical conditions associated with being over weight have skyrocket too. We couldn’t be less healthy.

Excuse me as I hunt some tuna in the can for lunch.

Video included for DIB enjoyment.

Correct. Why not do some research about the quality of food in third-world countries, of how Kings and Queens ate, compared to how we eat to day. We eat superior food and superior food quality and with far far FAR greater variety, than any King of Queen in history -- just by going to Wal-Mart.

Obesity has skyrocket in America over the last 60 years.

You're conflated two different things. The fat, sugar, how ever you want to specify it, has nothing to do with how fat you are. All things in moderation. It's an issue of people's inability to stop shoving food down their craw. You need water to live and something like 75% of your body's functions require water to operate properly, but to much water consumption in a short period of time, can kill you (look up the "Hold your wee for a wii" contest years ago, for an example).

I disagree, Solly.

It CAN be done, as long as we are willing to give up something that Madison Avenue has brainwashed us NEVER to give up: convenience.

You're probably correct, David, but honestly I think the desire for convenience is pretty much wired into my DNA vs being brainwashed.

With all they do in medical science nowadays they still haven't cracked the nut and figured out how to make the penis (permanently) bigger. Amazing, especially in a "male" dominated field.

I don't want one that is permanently bigger. It would play havoc with my bike chain, when cycling.
