Can you recommend library labels which have released a close style of music in mood and atmosphere?
If it's a library track I would guess the composer is German or Austrian. Then, mid 60s would be the best matching year for this piece of Jazzy mood.
There was so much European library music during this period. Commercial releases were hit and miss, and are usually organized stylistically. For example, I have lots of Italian library stuff, but it tends to be 60s/70s pop/groovy/funk-oriented stuff. Keep in mind I don't know definitively if this is a library track, but it very well could be.
What leads you to believe that the composer is German or Austrian?
Dear OnyaBirri , I'm much obliged to you for sharing your valuable information and bringing the obscurity into light. It's lots of pleasure talking to someone knowledgeable about library music. In fact, when I compared the style of music to the library albums I owned I decided it was very close to those of German composers. Mostly to what they have released on Harmonic label. Sadly my Harmonic collection is not complete and I can't make sure whether it's been released on this label or not.
Let's listen to a track by Hans Posegga on Psycho Soul & Dramatic Orchestral Suite It's the second track named: Jumpy Nerves I assume it's very close.
By the way, today I checked my resources and noticed that the first time I'd heard this piece of music was in 1977. Consequently the library record is for 1977 or before. Thanks for your attention.
I am not familiar with that album. Was it commercially released?
I am not hearing a lot of similarities between track 2 on that album and the example you posted. The presence of the sitar, among other elements, suggests a delirious post-Beatles psychedelic freakout, while your original example suggests the caffeine-fueled Freudian nightmares of the postwar working stiff - or, the dad of the kid having the psychedelic freakout.
Regardless, thanks for hepping me to these tracks!

Dear OnyaBirri, Thanks for sharing your opinion about that track. You know I am a fan of Harmonic library music. Consequently I listened to lots of tracks by this label. That's maybe why I got that feeling. Regarding the album in question , I have to declare that due to some special tracks on the album it's a little bit hard to find it with a proper condition and reasonable price to purchase. I have got it ripped and I can share it with you if you find some kind of appetite for it.
