We finally got Netflix a month ago and we watched both films in the last couple of days. We quite enjoyed them and I thought both scores by Christophe Beck were really good. Have they ever been released in any format? I couldn't find anything.

Sadly, no! Beck said something about trying to get the first one released last year, but it seems that didn't happen. He has three cues on his website:
https://christophebeck.com/projects/the-christmas-chronicles/
And Jermaine Stegall, who provided additional music, has two more:

Great scores for a couple of truly enjoyable holiday movies. Kurt Russel shines. Read that he loves the role so much he wants it to be the last one he plays before riding off into the sunset.

Maybe for the batch next year? La La Land? Intrada? Varèse?

Jermaine Stegall has two brief score tracks from CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES 2 now up on his website, unfortunately low-quality mp3s. Still hoping for a proper score release of either/both films.

Good find!

If you scroll down on that list on his website (hover over the list, and scroll your mouse wheel - a sidebar is hidden / not immediately visible), there are actually two MORE tracks which appear to be from the original Christmas Chronicles! =D

Fantastic to hear these isolated, even if in MP3 format..

I really, REALLY hope these get a proper physical release some day. Absolutely incredible scores!

Right, that was my original post, above. I'm hoping that Beck will at least put up some new cues from the sequel on his website. That may be the best we can hope for.

Just watched the second movie last night. Two absolutely marvellous Christmas films with Kurt Russell on top form!

Why oh why are these scores not on album? I mean, every Netflix score seems to get a release these days, whether it deserves it or not.

These scores from Christophe Beck are so, so good - even better, dare I say, than his Frozen scores!

It is beyond frustrating, and you're right -- many Netflix scores are being released, so why not these which are really deserving?

Maybe they are tied up in a score CD deal with one of our labels?
One can wish...especially at this time of the year wink

Holy moly... the third track, "Diving And Flying," is absolutely divine.

Inching closer to a full-release. I can't cross my fingers any harder.

Actually, I was mistaken, there are a number of additional cues from both scores on Michael's website. Here:

These are all of the the cues that have been posted online by the composers (that I know of):

THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES (2018)

Posted by Christophe Beck:
https://christophebeck.com/projects/the-christmas-chronicles/

"Family Videos"
"SledEx" 5m47
"I'm Santa" 5m50B

Posted by Jermaine Stegall:
https://www.jermainestegall.com

"Learn to Fly"
"Bad Sleigh Ride"

Posted by Michael Paraskevas:
https://www.paraskevasmusic.com/the-christmas-chronicles

"Send in the Troops"
"Driving and Flying"
"Northpole Security Agency"
"Family Videos" (same as on Beck's website)
"Kate & Comet"
"Woe Christmas Tree"
"Sleigh Bells Ring"

In addition, the end titles can be found on YouTube.

THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES 2 (2020)

Posted by Jermaine Stegall:
https://www.jermainestegall.com

"Bon Voyage"
"Riding to Turkey"

Posted by Michael Paraskevas:
https://www.paraskevasmusic.com/listen
https://www.paraskevasmusic.com/the-christmas-chronicles-2

"Driving and Flying"
"Welcome to the North Pole"
"Jump!"
"Oh Christmas Tree"
"South Pole"
"Have a Nice Trip"
"Frozen Kids"
"Last Sleigh to Cancun"
"Time Twister"

I have no idea what the correct cue order might be, other than the fact that "Oh Christmas Tree" is the finale of CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES 2

For those who care, and I realize that may be exactly 3 people, I just found some additional score cues by two other composers who worked on CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES 1 and 2:

Jake Monaco has an untitled cue from CC2, from the sequence where the new star is being constructed and Jack recovers the root, here:

http://kraft-engel.com/clients/jake-monaco/

And Tyler Westen has 6 cues on his website here:

http://www.westenmusic.com/music

"I'm Santa Claus" (from CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES 1, also on Beck's website)
"Elf Bane" (CC 2)
"An Elf's Revenge" (CC 2)
"Good Sleigh Ride" (CC 2)
"One Night Only" (CC 2)
"One Shot Left" (CC 2)

Almost time to start firing up this playlist (and how about an official release of these great scores, labels?!).

Can anyone list the titles in chronological order?

Can anyone list the titles in chronological order?

I tried to work this out, and this is the best I could do:

Christmas Chronicles:

1. Family Videos
2. Bad Sleigh Ride
3. Kate & Comet
4. Sleigh Bells Ring
5. Woe Christmas Tree
6. Diving and Flying
7. Northpole Security Agency
8. Send in the Troops
9. Learn to Fly
10. SledEx
11. I'm Santa Claus
12. End Credits

Christmas Chronicles 2:

1. South Pole
2. Have a Nice Trip
3. Frozen Kids
4. Welcome to the North Pole
5. One Night Only
6. An Elf's Revenge
7. Elf-Bane
8. Riding to Turkey
9. Building the Star and Finding the Root (Jake Monaco untitled track)
10. Time Twister
11. Bon Voyage
12. Jump!
13. One Shot Left
14. Good Sleigh Ride
15. Oh Christmas Tree
16. Last Sleigh to Cancun

Obviously there are many missing cues, but this makes a pretty decent listen.
