Translated from their Facebook Post: Here, 2020 almost comes to an end! To conclude this very special year (it must be confessed), we will announce our last two CD releases Monday, November 2 with two composers broadly featured on our Music Box Records label. Something to delight TV series music fans! 2021 will be an opportunity to celebrate our 10th birthday (already! ) with almost 190 edited references to date. We hope we can still amaze you next year with titles that look like us because we will remain loyal to our editorial line and to our desire to show you many new music or in augmented versions for the most completeists. Thanks to the success of the first three volumes of the '' B.O. Not Found ", we are currently working on the 4th and 5th boxes. Something to fuel your thirst for discoveries! As for our collection devoted to '' Big Music of the Small Screen ", there will be heavy for the fans of historical series. But '' shh ", we've already said too much... Winking face In January 2021, we are expected to announce two big releases that will mark the 10 years of the label. Given the health crisis, we have decided not to be shot down by this gloomy context, and although many projects are unfortunately slowed down, we are ready to offer you some very beautiful CD editions next year. This is why we still rely on your unwavering support and enthusiasm that you can share without moderation. See you Monday for announcements!

Could the historical series be DYNASTY or FALCON CREST? Or something historical. Also there might be something French

Like MD, I also would regard Bolling and Demarsan as the most plausible names for this November batch. Serge Franklin is also likely to be part of it since MBR released quite a lot of his TV scores so far. But I truly wish it's Bolling and Demarsan. As for the forthcoming historical scores, I guess Delerue must be part of them. I thought it might be a Serge Franklin release, too. I'd welcome the remaining score for The Saint TV series, which was lost at the time of the first release. But again Bolling and Demarsan would be great too.

Since Quartet has released several John Addison scores, could the historical series be Centennial?

I said Quartet, mistakenly, but Centennial still would be nice.

It's funny to read this thread mentioning names like Gerald Fried or Bill Conti! Guys, we're talking here about Music Box Records and in particular their new collection entitled "Les grandes musiques du petit écran" (Great television soundtracks) of which the 1st volume consisted of Raymond Alessandrini's LES COLONNES DU CIEL + FELICIEN GREVECHE. So this is the kind of stuff we're dealing with chiefly here: French TV soundtracks from the 60's to the 90's I'd say. As a result we can possibly expect a lot of titles by composers like Jacques Loussier (THIERRY LA FRONDE, ROCAMBOLE, ROULETABILLE, D'ARTAGNAN AMOUREUX, etc), Georges Garvarentz (QUENTIN DURWARD, LES MOHICANS DE PARIS, etc), Claude Bolling (CLAUDINE, L'ETRANGE MONSIEUR DUVALLIER, etc), the already mentioned Raymond Alessandrini (FABIEN DE LA DROME, LE ROI DE PATAGONIE, etc), and of course countless Delerue scores (LES COMPAGNONS D'ELEUSIS, FANTOMAS, etc). Basil Wrathbone, I don't know if there's additional music in LES BORGIAS (I guess the Prometheus release must be pretty complete) but there are so many other historical scores by Delerue that could be released: TV series like GASPARD DES MONTAGNES (65), JACQUOU LE CROQUANT (69), LES ROIS MAUDITS (72), SPLENDEURS ET MISERES DES COURTISANES (72), PAUL ET VIRGINIE (74), NANA (81) or TV movies like LE SECRET DE WILHELM STORITZ (67), LES GRANDES ESPERANCES (68), LANCELOT DU LAC (70), LE NAUFRAGE DE MONTE-CRISTO (77), LE CHANDELIER (77) to name but a few. By 'historical', I think MBR meant stories taking place in ancient times (roughly from the Middle Ages to the XIXth century) and not necessarily movies based on historical facts stricto sensu.
