BUCK ROGERS---Legendary Entertainment is developing a Buck Rogers movie/tv/anime franchise. The BUCK ROGERS IN THE 25TH CENTURY tv series starred Gil Gerard and Erin Gray.
THE MANDALORIAN---Jon Favreau commented on a possible Mandalorian movie, “We’re definitely open to it, and excited to see where the story leads us and have that flexibility – because there’s no rulebook now. Technology is always offering new opportunities to tell stories in a fresh way. It’s a very exciting time to be doing this..."
SPIDER-MAN---Sony Pictures released an ambiguous comment on rumors that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will co-star with Tom Holland in the upcoming sequel, “Those rumored castings are not confirmed."
SHE-HULK---Tatiana Maslany denied reports she is starring in the Disney+/Marvel tv series, "That actually isn’t a real thing and it’s like a press release that’s gotten out of hand. It’s totally not — I’ve been connected to these things in the past and press has gotten onto it, but it’s not actually a thing, unfortunately.”
She added, “Yeah, I don’t know how these things get — I don’t know, I don’t know. You know better; I have no idea. (Laughs.)”
FIRST KILL---Netflix teenage lesbian vampire tv series is underway based on the short story. The synopsis is, “When it’s time for teenage vampire Juliette to make her first kill so she can take her place among a powerful vampire family, she sets her sights on a new girl in town named Calliope. But much to Juliette’s surprise, Calliope is a vampire hunter, from a family of celebrated slayers. Both find that the other won’t be so easy to kill and, unfortunately, way too easy to fall for.” Emma Roberts is the executive producer.
THE PRESIDENT IS MISSING---Showtime has cancelled plans for a tv series based on the novel by James Patterson and Bill Clinton. The pilot starred David Oyelowo and Michael Rooker.
STRANGERS---Netflix movie underway based on the novel and 1951 Alfred Hitchcock movie. The Netflix movie has two teenage girls who meet on a train and agree to eliminate each other's bullies.
THE OUTSIDER---HBO renewed the series for Season 2.
BLACK MONDAY---Showtime renewed the series Season 3.
THE LAST O.G.---TBS renewed the series for Season 4.
TRIVIA---in HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER, 4' 2" dwarf actor Billy Curtis played Mordecai. Curtis said he developed a stiff neck working with 6' 4" Clint Eastwood, but it was worth it because it was the best role he ever played.

Erin Grey - One of the nicest human beings you will ever find. Met her at some convention or other and took my picture with her. Yeah, I had a huge crush on her and was still a goggling fanboy when we met. So kind, gracious with her time, and, yeah, beautiful as could be!! You got great taste, man!!
Not much of a convention, but I was lucky enough to meet her the one time I did attend at the Montreal Comicon in 2012. She was still eye poppingly beautiful AND radiant at 60! A force of nature and a darling sweet gal.
