MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28 JAMES BOND---Henry Cavill said he still wants to play James Bond after he lost the role to Daniel Craig for CASINO ROYALE, "If Barbara [Bond producer Barbara Broccoli] and Mike [co-producer Michael G. Wilson] were interested in that, I would absolutely jump at the opportunity. At this stage, it’s all up in the air. We’ll see what happens. But yes, I would love to play Bond, it would be very, very exciting." The producers thought Cavill was too young for the 007 role at the time. Cavill said another factor was his weight, "I probably could have prepared better. I remember the director, Martin Campbell, saying, 'Looking a little chubby there, Henry,' I didn't know how to train or diet. And I'm glad Martin said something because I respond well to truth. It helps me get better." NICK FURY---Samuel L. Jackson will star in the untitled Disney+ tv series based on the Marvel superhero. BATWOMAN---Javicia Leslie posted a photo of her as Ryan Wilder/Batwoman. BLACK ADAM---Aldis Hodge (THE INVISIBLE MAN) is in talks to play Hawkman in the Dwayne Johnson superhero movie. PETER PAN---Yara Shahidi will play Tinker Bell in the Walt Disney live-action remake of the classic animated movie that also stars Jude Law. OLD---M. Night Shyamalam movie underway based on the graphic novel SANDCASTLE. Gael Garcia Bernal, Ken Leung and Eliza Scanlen are the stars. SPIDERHEAD---Chris Hemsworth and Miles Teller will star in this Joseph Kosinski movie based on the short story about two convicts who volunteer to be guinea pigs for an emotion-altering drug in exchange for shorter sentences. FAMILY GUY---Arif Zahir will provide the voice for Cleveland Brown after Mike Henry left the role. Henry said, “I love this character, but persons of color should play characters of color.” THE SIMPSONS---Alex Desert will replace Hank Azaria as the voice of Carlton Carlson in the show's efforts to promote diversity. HOT WHEELS---Warner Bros. movie underway based on the Mattel toy car line. Neil Widener and Gavin James are the writers. TRIVIA---more James Bond movie trivia. THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS was Timothy Dalton's first James Bond movie and the only Bond movie with female nudity (excluding the title sequences). Rubavitch, Russian Gen. Leonid Pushkin's mistress, was shown topless. Rubavitch (Virginia Hey), Russian Gen. Leonid Pushkin's (John Rhys-Davies) mistress, was shown topless.

Batwoman might be the only superhero to have a wig as part of their costume. There have been a couple of others. In the comics, for a long time Black Canary was a brunette who wore a blonde wig. After decades of that she finally dyed her hair. From the Adam West series, Batgirl also had a red wig. There may be some others, but hose two are the only ones I can think of offhand.

Am I the only one who finds the Batwoman cowl + red hair effect extremely dorkish looking? Nothing about it looks cool there. Yvonne Craig and all the Catwomen are reasonably ok. And even Joel Schumacher dispensed with his Batgirl cowl asap within his second film.

Virginia Hey was Zhaan in Farscape, and Warrior Woman in Mad Max:2. Her time as a Bond girl is only slightly longer than Joanna Lumley's frames-length appearance in OHMSS. Was she also in Pushkin's staged-assasination, crying over him (though I don't think her character was told it was staged)?

When Connery whipped off "Marie's" bikini top to choke her with it at the start of Diamonds are Forever, we see a flash of nipple. So I would say that counts. And a huge YES for Henry Cavill as 007.

I black out nipples, etc. because there may be nudity rules on whatever forum the photo is posted on. I don't keep track of all rules on every forum, so I black out anything that might violate forum rules on nudity. Also, you know, NSFW

The new Bat Girl look and the pouty-faced, miserable looking girl playing her look like a reject from KICK-ASS. I agree, just awful. Might be a great actress I don't know, but this promo pic doesn't entice we to watch and find out. BTW I haven't been paying attention, does she have a LGBQ card? Cause I think you have to be a member. I should point out I felt the same about the season one cowl too. Just think it's a really uncool look. I admit the different BatMEN vary too but not as poor as this one. Yvonne Craig looked cute in her cowl and outfit. Maybe it's because of the need to look mean shows up how silly the red wig etc looks. I remember how the Joel Schumacher version was seen in long shot for seconds before she lost it and was down to a Robin style thing. Maybe it's difficult to make it look right on a woman.
