A review of this popped up on MusicWeb: https://19m40s.bandcamp.com/album/at-the-gates-of-the-twilight-zone

Seems to be very interesting. The reviewer kept harping about how the arranger "reduced the orchestra down to a few instruments" but I'm not sure the originals had too many more. Features a lot of bass clarinet though, which is right up my ally...

AFAIK, the only TZ score Bennie wrote for something larger than a chamber setting was Where is Everybody?

EDIT:

Little Girl Lost was scored for:

4 Flutes, doubling Alto Flute, Bass Flute, and Piccolo
4 Harps
Viola d’Amour
Percussion: Large Tam-Tam, Medium Tam-Tam, Tambourine, Vibraphone

Living Doll:

2 Harps
Celeste
Bass Clarinet

What a delightful little recording. Or should I say, delightful simple re-recording. Just finished "Little Girl Lost" and it's funny, the ear is so used to the Herrmann-conducted fully mono OST that hearing this new version has me flattered--for Herrmann. Good for them!

I just stumbled across this thread looking for something else. On first listen this compares very favorably to the original recordings. Very impressive.
