Can anyone please post the differing artwork side by side?

Just realized you probably meant the Jurassic Park booklet artwork

initial booklets:

revised booklets:

Oh, wow! I have this release but I honestly hadn't the faintest idea what people were referring to when they were talking about the "missing teeth". Serves me right for not looking into this further. Will be interesting to see which version of the booklet I have when I next play my copy of the set! smile

OMG! For some reason, I thought that there would be a subtle difference, hardly noticeable, something only a soundtrack weirdo would nitpick about. I stand corrected.

Thanks. smile

I had spent a few years tracking down a copy of Episode II with the bonus track. It was unmarked in the sense that the track wasn't listed on the back of the CD, but the release had a different catalog number on the spine than the regular releases. I got mine used within the last year, so there could've been a hype sticker in '02.

Had the same problem and same result. Someone tossed a sealed copy into the used bin and it was marked down to $5. If it wasn't sealed, I wouldn't have known it was the one I wanted.

Something I never noticed before on the original design is the "skeleton" tongue. Well it looks like a tongue.

I think it's part of the outline of the lower jaw.

I miss the french translation for these series of movies; when I first bought the book in France in 1992 it was named "le parc jurassique" , a cool Jules Verne roman title vibe (hell, Jura, from where this prehistoric period is named, is in France)

I love that that one lower tooth somehow escaped the PhotoShop selection tool or whatever it was that tooth-napped the rest of them.

It was key art based on the director's cut of the film which included a now-deleted scene featuring the Cletusaurus Rex.

The T-Rex's spine is different on the toothless version too. It matches the spine on the cover of the overall set (the sunset picture), while the spine on the revised matches the poster/OST spine

Yea it was a sticker on the front

I'm pretty sure those stickers were all on the actual jewel case itself. At least mine is. Sony seems to do that a lot! And I never remove any stickers like that. It actually annoys me when I find used CD's that someone tried to remove the stickers. IMHO, the stickers being in good shape is an indication that someone took good care of their stuff.

Yes, the stickers were directly on the case.
