Lower end Thriller, though I liked the bad guy actor who was excellent in Pinter's The Birthday Party. Sorry to see he died only 6 years later aged 63.

Woman in wheelchair, serial strangler. Just dragged and didn't work very well. Ronald Lacey is a brief highlight.
