My Hollywood Records album from 1991 actually comes with a 19th Track that is not present on this CD.

The printed date on the 4K UDH cd listed it as being released in 2011, a whole 20 years after the original album. And upon examining how each one sounds, yeah. There's an audible different between the two. Even the CD Track Name Database that iTunes provides confused it with a disc included in a Queen Box Set. Maybe that's where they took the contents from?
Watching some of these vintage behind the scenes featurettes and how the editors had access to the film's score without the dialogue spliced in makes me very very sad.
