Ok Joan. where are you. there was a report from the Black bear that lives behind your house, that you were drink tea and eating a doughnut. come out ,come out where ever your are.
Still here but rather depressed as I have a very sick brother in another state. (No, he doesn't have the virus.) Can't help him, and he's all alone. Working with a hospital via phone is frustrating. Oh well.
I sit in my back yard and watch golfers still playing. No bears, but a few coyotes wander by. I don't drink tea, just wine with good cheese.

Hang in there joan! I've been doing whatever I can to take my mind of things. I spent most of yesterday scanning for channels with my new over the air antenna. I picked up all 60 free channels in my area. Today I played video games on the Sony PlayStation classic.

One should not take a report of a black bear in your back yard, that's telling a guy named dogbelle your eating dough nuts and drinking wine. As a true event. Just want to make sure that my board buddies are ok. I know it's hard when you can not be there in person. Stay strong. You can always correct one of my stories with that red pencil you keep in the junk draw in the kitchen.I
Got to say I like your taste Joan. While I LOVE tea first thing, I could easily spend my time drinking wine with good cheese! It's a heavenly thought. Wine in our house is mainly sipped on Friday to Sunday evenings with my lovely wife (very strictly NOT a drinker the rest of the week - a hangover from her schoolteacher days). I have my beer the rest of the time...
Good British beer with American hops (as I mention in the Cheers! thread)!
Thanks Doggie, Henry and Paul. We are only red wine drinkers on weekends when we go out to dinner with friends. Since we can no longer go out, we might open a bottle of red wine on our patio. Hubby likes a beer now and then as well as scotch. I'm strictly a wine drinker. You all stay safe please.
Great to hear Joan. All the best to you and yours. Same to rest of the folks on here. We've got to keep the humour going to keep us sane, but the bottom line is always stay safe!
Now that I know your doing well. I can tell the black bear to go back out side. He can lets us know what kind of wine your drinking. If your nice to him,he'll keep those golfers out of your back yard.

Hey Joan, please drop me an email if you have time (address is in my profile). I tried to send you a message but it bounced back.
You lucky &*$+*! All my poems and songs were for naught?!?! Life is so unfair!
don't feel bad. Joan told me that she going to visit a dear friend that lived out of state. She then asked if I would do her a favor and walk her dog, while she was out of town. To top it off Joan told Mrs. Dogbelle. Now I live in the dog house.
