I've never had an Intrada or La-La Land package hit by customs. This is still true. It's been a long time since I've been hit with a customs charge. If you are in UK you will at some point be hit with these huge extra charges . Believe me it will happen.

As a side note, I had an odd experience with a package from SAE a few months ago, here in England. I had ordered The Wild Bunch from them, and two weeks later it arrived. I was about to open the box when I noticed the label was British with Royal Mail across the top, no mention of Screen Archives and no customs declaration. At the bottom of the label there was a UK company name and address. I looked on the Internet, and it turned out to be a mail forwarding company. Also on the website was a partial list of their clients. One name jumped out at me: Customs and Excise. I can only assume that customs opened the parcel, and in doing so perhaps damaged the original label, passed the box to this company, who then repackaged the contents and sent them on to me. There were no extra charges, and the cds, protected by bubble wrap, were in perfect condition. I was just lucky I suppose.
