Third Coast Percussion said on Twitter that this will be released in Spring 2022 (incidentally when his percussion concerto and cello concerto are currently due to premiere).

Yeah, it's a normal classical release, it should be available pretty much anywhere that sells 'normal' classical releases (so for the UK that includes Presto and Europadisc, both of which still have reasonable shipping to the US).

But if it's a CDR I assume that's true for everywhere and not just direct from the very American label....but also surpriging given I got a disc they released just last year and it's pressed.

Just got my copy today it’s a proper pressed CD in a digipak, not a CD-R.
The catalog no happens to begin with CDR though
