I will see it, but will probably wait for video since they come out so fast. I really enjoy I, II and IV. The Stallone age factor may be a problem depending on the stunts he performs.
I'm hoping Sheriff Teasle (from the first film) makes a cameo as an old man in a wheelchair who rolls up to Rambo and yells "Go ahead you crazy bastard! Do it!"

It's more likely the old codger has thought on it since the first movie, so I think he's more likely to finally understand and yell, "I'm a crazy bastard too, let's do it."
I'm taking a pass. And with a Brian Tyler score, it's very unlikely I'll see if for free.
Until revealed there's no telling what's being used it could surprise everyone - of course Rambo IV was not in the league of First Blood.. but a 2nd go for Tyler can do no harm I like to be optimistic with scores but not these movies just the original.
I'm going to the press screening on Tuesday. Looking forward to it! (it's embargoed, though, so I can't say much after I've seen it -- which is silly, because the film premieres just two days later).

No doubt you will reveal the " layers of hidden meaning" in this cinematic masterpiece!

Cool Thor! Back in 2006 my mom and I went to the press screening for ROCKY BALBOA at the Mall of America and had a great time, I hope you do too my friend.
