Anyone know whether Djawadi used an orchestra or chamber musicians for any of the PB scores? The VSD liner notes make no mention of such use. I do hear what I think are non-synthetic instruments. But it may just be a very good software suite.
Although I cannot answer your question as I do not know the answer, your post has reminded me that I have a copy of this Varese score CD, in a little cardboard envelope with promo stamped upon it, that I've never gotten around to listening to* I must seek it out and give it a spin. I will now return your question to the floor.
*I have no idea how I came to own it, but I'm guessing I was probably supposed to write a review of it for MFTM.
