THE LIFE AHEAD---Sophia Loren, 84, stars in this movie based on the novel LA VIE DEVANT SOI in which a Holocaust survivor befriends a young Sengalese immigrant boy. Her son, Edoardo Ponti, is the director. The novel also inspired the movie MADAME ROSA which starred Simone Signoret.
EVIL DEAD---Sam Raimi said he's working on a movie sequel, "I'd love to make another one. I don't think TV is in its future but we're talking about- Bruce [Campbell], Rob [Tapert] and myself- one or two different ways to go for the next movie. We'd like to make another EVIL DEAD feature and in fact we're working on some ideas right now...I think you may see some action on the EVIL DEAD movie in the next six months.”
BECKY---Lulu Wilson (THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE) and Kevin James (THE KING OF QUEENS) star in this movie about a teenage girl and her father in a lake house, who reconnect after her mother died. She must survive after a gang of criminals invade the house.

YOU'RE NOT A MONSTER---imdb's first scripted animated tv series starring Kelsey Grammer as a vampire psychiatrist who helps his therapist great-great-grandson counsel Frankenstein, the Invisible Man and Medusa.
MOMO---Orion Pictures horror movie underway based on the Momo's Challenge viral hoax game.
THE NOW---Peter Farrelly/Quibi tv series about a man who plans to commit suicide when his mother tells him his brother just committed suicide and his father committed suicide in the past.
TRIVIA---John Ratzenberger (CHEERS) appeared in two movies that starred Harrison Ford.
In HANOVER STREET, Ratzenberger played Sgt. John Lucas, the turret gunner in Harrison Ford's B-25 Mitchell bomber "Gorgeous George-Ann". Ratzenberger played Rebel Alliance Maj. Bren Derlin in THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.

SPIDER-MAN---Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige commented on the next sequel, “Much like the end of Iron Man, saying, okay, the rules have changed. Which now means we’re going to have to do something completely different next time. The how and the when and the specifics can change and evolve, but setting yourself up for something that has never been done before.
At the end of IRON MAN, it was a hero publicly outing himself so that in the next movies and all subsequent movies, we couldn’t fall back on the secret identity trope which had been part of Iron Man’s story for decades in the comics.
And now people know Peter’s identity. People now think he’s a villain. Mysterio plays one last trick on him and succeeds… [so that] means everything’s different. Where it goes, we’ll see. But it’s exciting that it once again sets us up for a Peter Parker story that has never been done before on film.”
