I had a feeling around that time it would come around again. I also watched the price for sale copies getting lower and lower it seemed confirmed. I saw a copy for $29.99 6 months ago. A leak perhaps??? I feel your pain. I put my copy on sale a few times because.i needed cash. I always priced it very high cuz I really didn't want to part with it. Still have it! Love this score, although I think I may prefer CHATO'S LAND slightly. That said, the cue "Branding the Cattle"/"Branding Sequence" is one of Fielding's finest. But of course, animals don't really experience pain the way humans do. Am I missing much by not getting this? I also remember a previous inference that, despite the credit, Fielding did conduct the score. Presumably this has now been disproved. I don't think it's been disproved. According to Intrada's Roger Feigelson, they could just not "firmly confirm" that it was Fielding conducting, and so they went with the official, formal credit. Makes sense.
