Those guys at LLL replaced that sucker in no time at all!! When I inquired about this for some return info, they said just keep the extra one! A nice bunch of guys! I stopped ordering from Intrada as they had on more than one occasion sent me a broken Rio Lobo, a cracked Gwangi and a damaged True Grit. I asked LLL to put extra bubble wrap for my Krull and Braveheart discs (which they did) and I got them in perfect condition (Im in the UK). So I second your comments regarding those lovely folks at LLL. My recent purchases from Intrada have all come in boxes (not a cardboard or bubble mailer) with bubble wrap so the discs have come undamaged. Only complaint is that I don't love the "cut" of the tray liner which seems to be a little bit short on the left spine always.
