It's hard to tell the 'status' of this CD's availability, due to the crazy mailing problems Varese had upon it's release. Sending copies to people who didn't order it, asking for them back, then saying 'no, keep them, we'll run off some more' and such like. I'm sure, when the dust settles, some sellers will still have copies and I'm sure some people might take their unwanted copies to ebay. It was still available to buy from some European distributors, last time I checked.
Since Varese holds this title in perpetuity, they should just press another 1000 units and make it available to those that missed out (namely myself). After all, they've declared it to be their last Encore title so it's never going to be available again (except digitally).
