Reminds me of the famous character of The Mentalist series, consultant of CBI, Patrick Jane, with his extraordinary mind. And while the psychic motifs of the series are randomly calm and tranquil (mostly, some rush conversations and dialogues), I feel that the main hero himself is more of a thoughtful person rather than an abrupt irrational figure. That's why, I wrote a comparison of Red John and Patrick Jane.
