ORDER #4354 I ordered From Beyond and received it on November 23, 2020. The CD was covered in scratches. The heavy amount of scratches seems very unusual to me. I e-mailed right away about getting a replacement. I sent a follow-up e-mail in December. I still haven’t heard anything back, but wanted to post here because this seems to be a better method for BuySoundtrax to respond. Thanks, Paul

I thought there were two people running BSX? It seems that way. One of the two responses (both unsigned) that I received to my emails was an English sentence, so I guess that was not Thaxton. His semi-literate response (“I sincere apologies your items are pulled in going out in the morning post by priority mail.”) was clearly identifiable as coming from him. Whoever the other person is, he apparently has no authority to transact any business.

I've also ordered directly from BSX and the Joe Harnell site many times over the years without any issues, so why does the Ford factory seem to be so discombobulated, and how come I've been so lucky? *knocks on wood* Some people are lucky, others aren't. I quit BSX after I had to go through a lot of work to squeeze the final disc out them on each of my first two orders. I swore never to order from them again, and I stuck to that for about 5 years. Then, based upon good reports from people like you, I tried again this past December. Result: 20 of 21 ordered discs remain undelivered after 9 weeks. It's been a rougher time over here then we've discussed in public. As for your specific order and will be dealing with it tomorrow. I'm sorry for the long delay, but we're getting every thing that has been back order by the end of the week. please accept our apologies Ford A Thaxton

I hope things have gotten better for everyone at BuySoundtrax. I wanted to check in about a replacement for the badly damaged CD I received. ORDER #4354 I ordered From Beyond and received it on November 23, 2020. The CD was covered in scratches. The heavy amount of scratches seems very unusual to me. Thanks, Paul The good news is that you got a digitial download in 24 bit of the score when you purchased directly from us along with a digital booklet so I assume you have been able to listen to this release digitally. That's rather surprising given that it was a factory produced and sealed CD Now we just got more FROM BEYOND CDS back in and we'll ship a replacement to you ASAP on Monday. Ford A. Thaxton

I've already received shipping notice for the replacement, thank you. It was definitely nice to have the digital download. I have been able to listen to it quite a bit. The scratches were really surprising, even if it had been a used disc. It wasn't just a few. There's a good distribution of about three dozen scratches. It almost looks like it got dragged across something, but they're not all the same direction. It seems like something out of the ordinary happened, but I have no idea.

Hmm is it usually to wait for a week to process an order for two in stock titles (and still waiting)? Hi Ford, I e-mailed last week regarding a refund for the one CD, of the two, that was actually in stock. I contacted An Post, the Irish postal service, who checked on the status of the item, and having done so informed me that I contact you regarding a refund. This information was included in the e-mail that I sent you last week asking for a refund. As I had heard nothing back since then, I hope that you will be able to respond to this e-mail having seen this post before I make a claim with PayPal.
