Yes, my last order with Elite hadn't come through after a month, so I contacted them to ask what was going on. No reply. So I went via PayPal. This time I quickly got a response, which was that one if the CDs was put of stock and they were trying to get it. I said, fair enough, happy to wait, I just like to be kept informed.

I have had emails ignored by Quartet and Music Box, but I still tend to order via Music Box as there are many good things about them. SAE have been very disappointing with regards to the customs charges. I wonder if, post brexit, us Brits will get customs charges from European countries.

And BTW I was told from an ebayer in France that the UK is no longer classed as Europe (as far as postage) but 'the rest of the world' and so postage to the UK will be higher.


It's the Brexity gift that just keeps on giving. ugh.


Soundtrack shipping is a trivial matter in the larger scheme of things.

Unfortunately, I am also an unhappy customer. No response to emails for months. My order number is 3595. I was hoping to not have to post here....

I’m no fan of Ford’s - or his online persona at least - and we’ve had ‘words’ several times.

But my experiences with Buysoundtrax have all been very positive. All of my Transatlantic orders have come without any problems, and I’ve always been very happy with the discs themselves, music and presentation. The label gets a big Thumbs Up from me.

Received e-mail receipt from PayPal.

Received e-mail from BSX that there was a problem with my order.

E-mailed BSX with receipt asking them to tell me if there was a problem with my order.


10/14/20 Asked for status of order.


10/21/20 As of today I have not received--

1. An e-mail confirming my order

2. A response to my first e-mail asking if there was a problem

3. A response to my e-mail asking for the status of the order

Good morning, You might wish to check your email if it’s the item in question is the Don Davis CD we were waiting to get autograph booklets which were in the process of shipping out.

We posted that on this message board as well as in a mailing to all the customers.

If it’s something else send me an email with your order number and I’ll see what the issue is.

1. It is not the Don Davis.

2. I never received an e-mail from BSX, so I did not receive an order number.

If you look at the e-mail I sent BSX on 10/6, you can see the PayPal transaction number.

Post responded they'd look into it.
E-mailed FSM with former e-mails to remind them and with reference to today's FSM postings.

4. Any posted response other than the first "I'll look into it".

Call them. Their phone # is right there on their website.

I have had my issues with them but they have always answered the phone and always came through in the end when an order had a mistake (though it may take several phone calls sometimes...and several weeks or months to the finish).

Email us at info@Buysoundtrax.com with the order number.

If it's the one I'm thinking it is, it was sent out to you already and you should have it by this weekend.

I just noticed that you used a ICLOUD account to email us directly, but the email on your order is different, it's Gmail account.

It's possible these ended up in your spam folder, that might account for you not seeing the order confirmation or the shipping notice

What is strange is that everyone who orders is sent a confirmation by email with the order number.

just email me again and I'll be happy to use that email to look up your order

Also include your zip code and what you ordered exactly?

I'm trying to resolve this for you

I just sent the cumulative e-mail.

I included my ZIP Code and what was ordered, though the PayPal receipt in this cumulative e-mail shows all that.

On 10/29 BSX responded to my e-mail. We exchanged e-mail later that day over the issue.

Ford,

I sent an reply email to the order confirmation email about an incorrect order that was received. I haven’t heard back so I was wondering if there is a different email or way to communicate to resolve the issue?
