Henri Campo: The sound quality on all versions of the soundtrack since the original LP is not very good and to make matters worse the vocal track was mixed underneath the stereo orchestral tracks, which placed the voices so deep in the mix that the orchestra sometimes drowns out the singers. I did my own expanded remix of OLIVER using a 3 track copy of the vocal & orchestral separation master + about 10 percent from the mixed soundtrack. It runs about 70+ minutes. This version is better sounding than the CD, IMO. The speed is correct whereas the CD sound is slightly sped up (very annoying). The extended remix is available for a short time only.
