In my mind, Our British Brethren lead schizophrenic lives. At work, one thing. Home, another.

In my head, Billy-Bob Carson drives a taxi in busiest London.

At night he heads home to Wessex, and must milk the chickens or something before dinner. Which is served to him by Bathsheba Everdene.

And TallGuy works a soldier-like job, or as a castle guard, something where he must wear a bizarrely tall and fuzzy hat, all for the tourists.

And when he gets home, Mrs. TallGuy is wearing Widow's Weeds all the time,

and Mr. T is expected to don a powdered wig for meals.

I've only met Thor once, fleetingly in Vienna, but I'm always reminded of him when I watch the Spielberg/Jackson Tintin animated film.
Have your mates ever likened you to CGI Tintin, Thor?

You are absolutely right, Dibby old son. Here's me about to get in my taxi.

The Zoom sessions have ruined my previous “What you think we look like” image, which was everyone looked just like me, except you all wore cool leather jackets.

Sometimes, back in the day -- when I was skinnier and had that pointy hairdo. Not so much these days days. Now, it's more like Jabba the Hut with a combover.

Just because he draws picherz so well, I always thought Solium had total hippie-hair.

Actually that was me in the 90s (minus the beard anyway -- and considerably more slender I should add)!

You're still a handsome man, Thor.

In my brain, I've constructed a voice for Bill Carson.

And it sounds just like Nick, from CHICKEN RUN, seen here with his pal Fecher.

Indeed. Bill's is the spitting sound image of Michael Caine's, both in sound, dialect and expletives! But he drinks tea, not beer. Two aspects that make the universe implode on itself.

This, to me, is Montana Dave:

Shaggy hair, moustache, moustache, and more moustache.

Now he looks like Zoolander in the sequel, with those striking grey streaks.... smile

I wonder about David Sones, (Allardyce). Has anyone ever met him? Well DavidOfBarkley, there are two other members of this board who HAVE met me, though it was quite some time ago. Back when I lived in New York, they were in Manhattan, separately, and I met them. Bond65 (Very nice guy! Good Looks), and John Archibald, (also very nice guy and with good looks as well). It may have been a very long time ago, but didn't British Members get together once in a while, and American Members get together once in a while?

I met Lord Castlemouldy, once. He didn't look like Dave Prowse.

And Thor God of Thunder, twice. He didn't look like any of the Norwegian Bikini Cheerleaders. smile

In my head, Prince Damian looks like the Scrabble-playing guy in this classic of animation.

Especially his reaction at 5:13: https://youtu.be/p1S5pAF1YYA?t=310
