FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8 KING OF THE JUNGLE---Michael Keaton and Seth Rogen are in talks to star in this biomovie about anti-virus software developer John McAfee who moved to Belize where he was a suspect in the murder of his neighbor. SHRINK---Sony Pictures movie underway based on the Rob Liefeld (DEADPOOL) comic book about a female psychiatrist who treats superheroes. DUNE---Kyle MacLachlan, who starred in the original 1984 David Lynch movie, commented on the Denis Villeneuve remake, "If anyone can do it, he'll do a great job, so... He's a terrific filmmaker." STAR WARS: EPISODE IX---Lucasfilm Story Group member Pablo Hidalgo commented on the EPISODE IX's official title, “If it has a title, I don’t know it”. THE OPERATOR---Universal Pictures/Lorne Michaels movie underway based on the autobiography of SEAL Robert O'Neill who killed Osama bin Laden. THE PRESIDENT IS MISSING---Anthony Peckham (INVICTUS) will write the script for the movie based on the novel by Bill Clinton and James Patterson. Christopher McQuarrie is the executive producer. KINGSMAN: THE GREAT GAME---Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Gemma Arterton and Tom Hollander have joined the cast of the prequel movie. TALENT---Fox tv series underway based on the graphic novel with Graham Yost (JUSTIFIED) as the showrunner. The synopsis is, "'Nicole Dane, the sole survivor of a tragic accident in which 148 people were killed. While her survival is seen as a miracle, Nicole soon discovers she has inherited the talents of those who perished. With her newfound abilities in tow, she sets off on a journey to “bring closure to unfinished stories” while attempting to solve the mystery behind the horrific accident."' THE KOMINSKY METHOD---Jacqueline Bisset, Paul Reiser and Jane Seymour will be recurring guest stars in Season 2. FBI: MOST WANTED---Julian McMahon (MARVEL'S RUNAWAYS) will star in the FBI spinoff series. BATWOMAN---Rachel Skarsten will play Red Alice, leader of the Wonderland Gang, in the CW tv series. TRIVIA---more BAND OF BROTHERS cameo trivia. As mentioned earlier in this trivia series, Tom Hanks was a producer of BAND OF BROTHERS and directed one episode where he also had a cameo as a British soldier. His son, Colin Hanks, had a cameo as Lt. Henry Jones in "The Last Patrol" episode. Tom Hanks was the director and had a cameo as a British soldier in BAND OF BROTHERS. Colin Hanks appeared as Lt. Henry Jones in "The Last Patrol" episode.
