Struppi, the best friend of my Jacy had gone to sleep forever last evening. They grew up together and had quite a great time in their younger years. They both were real wild rascals.
He and his family lived about half a kilometer from us. We met him last about a week ago and instead of roaming the woods with me, Jacy decided to trail a little bit the streets with him through our little settlement nearby.
We had a nice walk and I' m sure, Jacy and him knew, that it was their last tour together and they said goodbye to each other. That' s somehow comforting, but I' m still sad though.
I made this little video for the two of them about ten years ago. The Quality is lousy. I took it with an analogue camcorder and put the music from my much more older record. It' s nice to see them roughhousing and having fun like that.
Back about ten years ago, I made a couple of vids with my dogs playing like that. I had an old camcorder as well and did one video in slow-motion with music cues from Godzilla vs Destroyah and another vid at 2X speed with the Breakfast Machine music from Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
