Well I think he's just being lazy if his sched' is empty til the Summer!!! You're tellin' me he can't squeeze in a little family drama like STANLEY & IRIS or THE RIVER between STAR WARS films and Spielberg projects. He's SO shell-fish!

On West Side Story, I would guess YES, even if he's just adapting the Bernstein material. But almost ALL films benefit from some dramatic scoring at some point and I'm sure JW can squeeze some drama licks between the songs for this one. Just remember his fantastic scoring on things like GOODBYE MR CHIPS, TOM SAWYER & FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.
