I've personally seen but a large handful of his films, but not all of them, and none of his t.v. shows. In this recent video he's posted, 'Let Me Be Frank', is this voice and this character someone out of one of his films? I assume he's attempting to address his fans before the upcoming court decisisions that may be against him? In any event, this is simply one CREEPY video. Or, is this all as empty as the cup he brings to his lips?

It is bizarre. I wouldn't even be surprised if this latest 'accusation' was nothing more than a stunt that is meant to get thrown out of court, what with that piece of theatrical melodrama thrown in as a preamble to being 'vindicated,' for the Nantucket bar scene, at least.

Judy Dench has tried to unsully his reputation by vouching for him during filming of The Shipping News to a not inconsiderable extent. How does he compare with Clare Quilty? I'm still trying to figure out who he's taking off with the voice and mannerism whilst being Frank. Anyone know?

Yeah, I've heard about it. Very interesting; will watch. Kevin Spacey is a fantastic actor regardless of what he's done, that's a fact. But his 'fall from grace' is equally fascinating.

He’s speaking in the Southern style drawl he used as Frank Underwood on House of Cards.

The search function is your friend, Albert. I'd expected more from you.

I hope Spacey can get his acting life back.
He is a great talent .
Didn't kill or physically harm anybody.
But , he has to make amends for his harmful behavior somehow. Sincerely and humbly.

I thought as much, never having seen a single second of HOC. There's another performance underlying it, and it's bugging me some.

he has done some wrong deeds for sure, but this is a response to that Nantucket bar event, and it sounds like the mom and son are looking for money to me, the guy did not move away from the touch, and was not upset or tell anyone at all. It hardly sounds like a crime at all.

Seems more like a "double meta" thing to me, commenting on both the character's death on HOC, and obviously also Spacey's personal tribulations. Very well done in either case.

This one was a racket for sure, interesting how the son and mom 'lost the phone' that had the evidence, and it was always interesting how that guy stood there for so long while he was being groped and he supposedly was so upset about it, while he also supposedly recorded it with his 'phone'.

"It was all just a dream!" :-)

In any case, Spacey is a terrific actor. Obviously he has behaved inappropriately and out of line in the past, so it's perfectly correct he gets slapped for it. But then again, it's not as if he has raped anyone or forced anyone to do anything. The actual accusations seem shifty, to say the least. I'm not defending or condoning Spacey, but that at least some of it seems to be blown way out of proportion.

He would have received a Knighthood for it in the 70's! (cue Benny Hill music).

I was always rooting for Spacey. His taste in material is too good. Some of the martinets in the U.S. Government didn't like him for being in American Beauty, with its representation of a conflicted, latent, gay ex-Marine (well played by Chris Cooper). I'm sure the discredited assault accusations didn't improve their opinion of him.

I withheld judgement, but didn't assess him as a sexual assaulter. The reported stories make him sound like more of an aggressive drinker. Good luck toning that down, Kevin!

To be re-pedestaled by Hollywood (they love their fallen stars that they tripped up in the first place) will take some doing. Maybe he should start with an Uwe Boll "movie", then Madea vs. Big Momma's House: The Fattening, then some Bryan Singer thing.
