I'm expecting this film to come out in the near future. I've been waiting for news that composer Kevin Manthei, who scored the show, would be returning to do the music. Saw this on his Social Media yesterday:
Left my music cave yesterday for a fun #invaderzim dialogue and music recording session. Too much talent in the room. There might be a musical number featuring one of these guys in the movie.... #invaderzimentertheflorpus #richardhorvitz #rikkisimons #jhonenvasquez #composer #composerlife @ Nickelodeon Animation
Looking forward to the film (which I understand will air on Nickeloden TV), and the new music!
Very excited for this, I'm a big fan of the original show and Manthei's music for it. I wish there was a release for his series score (outside of the tracks playable on the DVD release), even just a download would do. At least it's all on YouTube I guess.

Kevin Manthei does have promo CDs of this score from the show that he sells to fans. I recently let someone know a fews weeks ago and they were able to get a CD. It's an excellent album. I was also able to purchase the famous 'Zimphony' disc from him too, which is on a mini-DVD - but I am not sure if he still have any of those available.
You can try emailing kevin AT kmmproductions DOT com.
Thank you, I’ll try that! He really did fantastic stuff for this show and it’s a shame he doesn’t get more recognition and work from it. What are some of your favourite tracks, if I may ask?
Granted, no one asked me (story of my life), but I think that Kevin Manthei's "Invader Zim" music is some of the weirdest, most fun and most inventive cartoon scoring of recent memory. I got the Zimphony disc forever ago (though I've never listened to it and is likely...somewhere in my place) as well as the promo disc. Here are ten of my fave tracks in no particular order:
