Is all the music present? The CD product page claims it's complete.

All the vinyl companies say their releases are complete, even when they're just re-issuing old programs. I think they know their audience isn't the hardcore soundtrack nerds who will cross reference cue sheets and time it against the movies.

The full score for TMNT III is about 67 minutes but, like Josh said, a LOT of it is very repetitive synth atmos and taiko drumming. Once you've heard one cue of that, you've heard about 50% of the score. A shortened album assembly of highlights is absolutely the best way to listen to it.

I received my shipping notice too, but I think I'll get mine far later than any US natives here.

Still, I'm excited to give this one a proper spin

Thanks Timothy. In these situations I pretty much always agree.

I'm just happy to have the repetitiveness.

My copy of III finally arrived yesterday.

I haven't had a chance to give the music a proper listen yet, but has anyone else noticed that the first two albums have the composer's name printed as "John Du Prez" while III has it listed as "John DuPrez"? Most of the internet (Wiki, IMDb) seems to include the space though the copyright blurb on III says "DuPrez"

I didn't notice, and it doesn't bother me, but what I am curious about is how he pronounces his last name. I've always said doo prez, with prez pronounced with a z sound at the end (like the first syllable of president), but I wonder it it's actually pronouced the French way (doo pray). Hmm...

Google or YouTube would be better for the sources, but I do remember he was interviewed on a podcast about the first Waxworks album and in it his name was pronounced 'doo pray'.

I always assumed it was doo prez (like your example of president) growing up. Turns out it's not.

His real name is actually Trevor Jones. Not to be confused with the other Trevor Jones which I believe is why he changed it to John Du Prez.

Pretty sure it's Du-Pray, as I remember thinking "huh, I thought it was Du-Prezz" when I heard it pronounced.

My copy finally arrived last night! Just listened, and going in reverse order to #1. It's a nice short album, but pales in comparison to 1&2. I'm glad to complete the trilogy and curious what other premieres that Waxwork is working on.

I saw the Aeon Flux 3CD - it's not something I'm familiar with but very cool that they did this as a coinciding release to the LPs.
