Does anyone here besides me suffer from RLS? If so, and you've found any kind of relief from it, please post what you did here!

This past Christmas, a friend of mine(Who's a retired doctor), as one of my presents, gave me a container of something called Magnilife Relaxing Leg Cream. A few weeks later, I e-mailed him to tell him that the night before, my RLS was particularly bad, so I got up, and took a huge tablespoon of that that cream, and that it tasted like SHIT, and did NOTHING for my RLS! He e-mailed me back and said, "Ummm.... aren't you suppose to RUB that stuff ON your legs?" "Mr. Mensa" thought I was SERIOUS! 
FYI... I haven't used that stuff at all... the reviews I've read online are somewhat mixed, but most people say the stuff does NOTHING for RLS.

Oh... back in November I spent Thanksgiving week down at my beloved Topsail. While there, I slept like a BABY... NO RLS at all, and it was all thanks to that VERY FIRM MATTRESS that I slept on at the motel. I wish I could afford to get a very firm mattress, but those things cost a small fortune!
