OK there's been a few bad luck stories from Varese since Naxos took over shipping. My CD club order arrived today, and I paid my $25 customs charge from Royal Mail, which I was expecting. But when I opened the pack they were not even Varese CDs at all, but some other discs that Naxos must mess up too, sorry I meant distribute too. I've asked for my money back and offered to return the CDs, but Naxos have two more mega disappointed customers this time... I’d say you got off light. When I opened my package from Naxos, my wife’s head was inside.

This was a spite mailing! Was it packaged OK and arrived without damage? As far as I can tell the contents arrived in their intended state, but there wasn't even any bubblewrap, so I mean, I don't know, who knows. I've just completely had it with Naxos at this point.
