Yeah keita is energetic but he seems to be very wasteful in every game.
Not a great result for Liverpool, 0 0 and now away at munich.

This season is turning into a damp squib for me. Liverpool gone completely off the boil. FA Cup quarter final line up as dull as ditchwater. Can't see any PL team being good enough to win the Champions League.

Roll on England's semi-final in June. wink

Any sign of Jim?

That match was pretty uneventful last night. Neither side created much and Bayern clearly came wanting a 0-0. At least both teams need to score in the return game, which should open it up a bit.

They've lost all their European away games since their CL semi-final last year.

Really? Listening to the match on liverpool FC website, with John Aldridge co-commentating through a serious case of the sniffles, it sounded like a classic with clear chances missed every five minutes. Mane seemed to have a hat-trick nailed on before half-time and Salah should have had a couple too. I loved it.

Radio makes everything better. Including jim Phelps' face. I can say that now, as he's not here.

Also i thought United were up today but osmeone toold me it was Citeh so i'll be listening to their website commentary too. And supporting them.

The quarter finals for the FA Cup are ace! All those smaller teams are more interesting to me than top prem teams. Not that it'll matter anyway, Citeh or United will win it. Sigh.

I don't know what match they thought they were commentating on because other than a relatively good chance for Mane in the first half, I can't remember any other incident of note. Mostly half chances and lots of efficient German defending.

I enjoy radio commentary on live matches too, I listen to games on BBC 5 Live fairly often. Not so much on Shoutsport though, dislike that station.

Also I have a feeling Wolves will beat the mancs in the next cup round.

Ah, jeez, it genuinely sounded like a fantastic match. They did say the German defending was good. I do miss radio commentary. It's the best way to see a Bolton game and has been for years. I need the voice of Jack Dearden.

Aldridge was quite funny, as he didn't really shut up and it was like being at the game and having a mate chunnering away in your ear. The commentator was being profession al and underneath it was Aldridge going "oh, for God's sake, pass it, pass it. No, the other way...What's he doing? did you see that?"

I hate Jim Beglin. (i felt the need to say that for no reason)

Oh, yah, Wolves i'm hoping will do it. They have a real chance. I'd love a Wolves v Brighton final.

Citeh concede two pens in five minutes. Apparently some controversy on both decisions and slow VAR.

They went down to 10 but still managed to win 2-3.

It was hilarious. They scored a quick double. That should see them through.

Like Derby and Rangers, predictably Oldham have changed their name to Paul Scholes's Oldham.

Haha I noticed. How long as he been there? I was surprised he'd gone into management.

Millwall beat Derby. Bad for Bolton but they were always going to be safe.

Amazing result for millwall.
Keeps them 5 off the relegation spots.
Apparently only 2 shots total on goal all match and millwall scored from 1 of them!

Big match live tonight hammers v fulham.
Gotta win that. You would like to think we have enough to open that defence up but nothing is ever in stone. Just as likely is fulham's only away win of the season!!

Unfortunate, but it means they can recall the 10,000 players they have out on loan...
