I hope some other orchestra can take on the legal eagles. There is no legal basis to stop a recording. To be clear though, whilst the Barry estate (i.e. Mrs Barry) is not known for being helpful, I think the problem here was Eon. Fundraising for a concert is always going to be a hard sell with many enthusiasts around the world being unable to attend the event.
