The DVD-Audio layer has the music in lossless 2 channel and 6 channel. For those that don't own a DVD-Audio player, only the lossy versions on the DVD-Video layer are playable in a standard DVD player.
I'm not a vinyl fan by any means, but gosh darn it, that 5 LP set looks gorgeous.
I wonder if FOTR and TTT CRs will finally be available for streaming/download too.

First of all - FINALLY!!! So cool that this fantastic boxes will be back for those, who missed them (I think it's logicaly to suppose, that parts 2&3 also will come soon too ). Will waiting for new details (I mean -will it be available at SAE or UK amazon, etc.). But in general - for me this one probably will be the re-issue of the year (or maybe even re-issue of decade! ) To Adam, I think that Mr. Jack means that he already own FOTR, so it's sad that they don't start with TT or TROTK
