Glad you bumped this up! I'm terrible at finding these classic threads.

Yes, thanks indeed, I wanted to post, but couldn't find this thread.

485. Solium, with the best comment I've yet seen on what's wrong with the new SW films (Henry's "Sick of Star Wars" thread) - Don't know if it was a lack of acting experience but Hamill's acting fit the character perfectly though. Over excited out of his league. Ford was a treasure back then and him hammy it up is what made the character so much fun.

Today this post by Solium made me laugh out loud. (On the Varese speculation thread that has turned into WWIII)

Just a reminder, personal attacks are against board rules you stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder. big grin

Some of the people I used to argue with over polyticks in the early days-- I have changed a lot and i agree with you now.

I resisted and i resisted...but the mischievious streak in jim phelps has been passed to me. wink
So on Jim Phelps Memorial day its only right we remember him.
He would be ashamed if no one posted this gem.

483 nick zwar and george - bless them - inviting a spambot to the zoom meetings. big grin

What ya trying to say, guys, our zooms are dull?? Lol.

P.s please note spambot didnt post anywhere else, registered that day and started with opening sentence "Do you guys still do the zooms" - then sneakily added the usual bollocks afterwards. Like charlie, they are getting more cunning...we've got to think beyond our guns. Ha ha.

So watch the skies Nick and George... wink
