I wouldn't hold out hope for such a comprehensive collection, due to licensing realities. Bass created all those sequences but didn't own them; they belong to the separate studios and entities that own the respective features.
In manderley's earlier post here, he stated that a couple of Bass's title sequences for Hitchcock were among their office demo reels. Well, Bass could assemble that for in-house demo use from whatever print sources were available to him. But when I first saw BASS ON TITLES I was a bit disappointed that it contained no Hitchcocks, but not surprised. After the public claims by Bass that the PSYCHO shower sequence had been filmed from Bass's detailed storyboards -- and I think at least one occasion when Bass pretended he had actually directed it -- there was no way that Hitchcock would have spoken to him again, let alone license segments for a Bass promo for distribution.
But presuming the BASS ON TITLES short's Blu-ray presentation will match the original content (requiring no extra licensing), one advantage I expect for you here is that this new release might have the Panavision titles properly letterboxed, unlike the original celluloid prints or the prior anthology DVD.

Ah. The running time for BASS ON TITLES on the 101 BR is 33:46, so it doesn't appear to be the full version. But looking online (IMDb, Pyramid Films [the distributor]), the running time is at 32 mins. There is a version on YouTube, "Bass On Titles Redux" that's at 39:24, but in the description, it states, "This version has been recut to add in the titles in their original aspect ratios." Watching the YouTube version and BR, I don't see where anything major has been dropped - I think that some of the longer titles were shortened for the doc; it's possible that whoever did the recut used the full titles, which may account for the time discrepancy, and the "Full" version is indeed the 33:46 running time.

I'm sorry to have brought misinformation to this thread; but now I must muddy the waters a bit more, even while trying to straighten things out. Earlier I was correct about the content of BASS ON TITLES (including which sequences within were edited vs. complete), while having been wrong in my memory on the running time.
Just now I returned to my "film vault" and moved all the individual shorts stacked on top of the Bass film, in order to read my inventory label attached to its can. The exact length of my 16mm print is 35:23 -- intact, bearing no physical splices, and having been measured (from start of the soundtrack preceding the logo to closing frame of its fade to black) by a piece of film equipment that counts footage in feet/minutes/seconds. I apologize for misremembering its duration the first time; but that was only an estimate.
I don't know why the "full" version now should be so much shorter than what was distributed on film years ago. It's possible that the "Redux" edition on YouTube was been assembled by a fan incorporating unedited title sequences taken from commercial homevideo releases of the features. But I can't account for why Pyramid's online edition would be that much shorter, unless perhaps one title has been swapped out for a different one.
