As noted above, some of these scores are not very long. There isn't much of Lavagnino's music for Orson Welles' FALSTAFF in the actual movie. The released CD seems to have most, if not all, of it.
What I'd love, besides more peplum scores, is Nino Rota's WAR AND PEACE. Though this lp was released on the Columbia label, Varese brought it out on CD, and it has later appeared on what appears to be a European CD label, since its European copyright ended in 2006, 50 years after its original release.
Since it was mostly an Italian production, I wonder if more music hasn't been stored some place in Italy. It's possible.
I love that score.

I viewed the 'LA DOLCE VITA' Blu-ray on the weekend and this nearly 3 hour film has a ton of music! The CAM soundtrack cd is just a fraction of the output Nino Rota wrote for the film, and the tracks are truncated; much shorter cues on the cd. Someday perhaps, a complete or at least expanded release.

As I have seen the film again not too long ago, I can tell you that there is at least about 10 minutes of music in the movie not on the CAM CD. The most important music missing is the one for King Henry IV`s long soliloquy, the robbery of the traveling pilgrims and the funeral march for the death of King Henry IV.

Unfortunately, I don´t think so that any expanded version of WAR AND PEACE will come from Italy. Above all as WAR AND PEACE was not at all a CAM score.

Whoa! I would totally buy an expanded/remastered FALSTAFF (aka CHIMES AT MIDNIGHT) if it is at all possible!

The only title from that list worth an expanded/remastered reissue is Donaggio's MORTE IN VATICANO.
