Beat/Lounge music? orchestral? musicals? disco/synth? Trovajoli is better known for beat/lounge but has fine orchestral scores as well if that's what you're looking for. I've gotten more Trovajoli discs over the past 2 years than during my first 28 years (out of 30) collecting soundtracks. Like it or lump it, it's the early 1960s which I love the most. 1959 Poveri Milionari 1960 Seddok (this is like a Mexican horror movie with music by Alex North) 1961 [THE banner year of AT's genre music on CD ... thus far) Ercole Al Centro Della Terra Gigante di Metropolis, Il Lycanthropus Maciste l'Uomo piu' Forte del Mondo 1962 Pianeti contro di Noi, I (don't hold this recommendation against me - it's the planets who are against us!) Toto' e Peppino Divisi a Berlino (sounds not unlike what Vic Mizzy would provide 2 years later for THE ADDAMS FAMILY) 1963 Fornaretto Di Venezia, Il 1964 Che fine ha fatto Toto' Baby? Le Bambole is an Interesting score if you like jazz, funk, lounge music, I like this cd is very much party sound.
