All the exists is a live recording of the premiere performed by The Haddonfield Symphony Orchestra. I don't believe it has ever been performed again.
It's a 24 minute symphony. Big orchestra, chorus, solo voice and narration. The finale is spectacular!

Yes, he did express interest he just needed a producer to do it. That was around the time he was writing Up.
