I don't see any indication those came from Intrada.

I don't see any indication those came from Intrada. It's the same tracklist with the same length as Intrada's. Once it hits 7Digital (which has the Harkit version, ptooey!) or the like, I'll bite.

Oh, well that, yes. But there's no indication it's being sold by Intrada.

Intrada's license may have ended when the CD sold out. Now it's the purview of Sony Music. Does Sony Music own Mainstream? I didn't think so, as Roger recently said they were working on another Mainstream Records reissue, and Sony cut off all third party licensing. The additional cues would in this case be licensed from Sony *Pictures* (since it's a Columbia film, right?) rather than Sony Music. Sony Pictures has not cut off third party licensing, to my knowledge. Yavar

Weird indeed, I wonder why there is a difference.

I don't think the arragnement is as confusing as Newscorp's would be.

Nope; Sony Music is a different entity than Sony (Columbia) Pictures. Sony Music only controls stuff that they, or one of their subsidiary labels (RCA, BMG, Arista, etc.) releases. Just because Intrada licensed the extra tracks from Sony Pictures does not mean that afterwards they revert to Sony Music (and as I said before, the original album rights still lie with Mainstream, in perpetuity it seems like). Yavar Ah, good to know. But that doesn't exclude Sony Music from being granted Sony Pictures's license, such as the new Ghostbusters album, unless Sony Masterworks is yet ANOTHER Picutres subsidiary. Meesa confoosed. Now, explain Newscorp...

The screenshots I posted are from the Google Play store page when viewed on my smartphone. When viewing on a regular web browser it shows the copyright details as posted by JarreJarre. When viewing the iTunes page it indicates copyright as Time / Mainstream Records Group. Super weird. Who owns this? Do they even know? Well I'll be... I blame FaceApp.
