I have my Dad's London Fog raincoat! And you got the reference, not that I would expect otherwise!
Remind me to bore the hell out of you one of these days over drinks with my personal anecdotes about No One Cares, and to a lesser extent, London Fog raincoats.

When you listen to Sinatra's four wrist-slasher albums in chronological order - Wee Small Hours, Where are You, Only the Lonely, and No One Cares, each conveys a greater sense of despair than its predecessor. The singer on "We Small Hours" still retains a shred of optimism. By the time you get to No One Cares, there is almost a sense of resignation.
@ Mark R. Y. - I purposely didn't link to the thread so not to carry over the politics.
Hmm, thought I saw a political statement that is now gone. Don't worry. The person or maybe 2 persons who hover over the Report Abuse button looking for political statements, only report abuse if he-she-they don't agree with said statements. I've seen political statements on this board that are NEVER reported because they express the values those "Report Abusers" happen to agree with.

This was locked down? Damn. I give Bob kudos for starting it.
I get the impression that the Abuse Button Brigade thought Bob authored the list, and was not merely quoting it.
Anywayyyyy...
I have to be honest I'm totally lost by this conversation. I don’t understand who Joan and Edee (Edie? Eddy?) are responding to. I just thought the post was hilarious regardless if it was meant seriously or as a gag. (and I didn’t know which)
Also in case someone was referring to me, Ive never hit the “Report Abuse” button except when I see a legitimate spammer. Ive never reported a political post, hell Ive never reported a post even if someone was personally attacking me or trolling.
Marky is a good chap for amending his post. Like you say Oct, Anywayyyyy... Lets move on.
Sol, you wisely said you wouldn't carry over Mark's URL thread to avoid politics, and Mark did amend his first post.
I simply was saying that our residents (one or two) who hit the Report Abuse button on political comments only report political comments they don't agree with and leave alone those they think are correct. Kind of a double standard which makes me laugh.
Sol, I was just agreeing with joan and also saying that I wish that the thread had not been locked. I should have added that I thought it was hilarious when I gave Bob credit for publishing the original post. Admittedly missed any comments that might have been deleted.
jwb1 - Can't wait for the terrible hints Last Child- What's round, flat and has a hole in the center? Justin Boggan - A ran-over doughnut. Last Child- Damn, you guessed it! As packaged by Naxos. Mr Jack- It'll be some bland mid-90s score that will get a 100+ minute 2-disc release that drags like hell. Mike Esssss- How dare you speak of RAN-OVER DOUGHNUT that way. Last Child -Maybe he means the uninspired sequel, RAN-OVER DOUGHNUT II: THE GLUTEN THAT BINDS US. JGouse0498 - Are you sure you're not thinking RAN-OVER DOUGHNUT 3: THE SEARCH FOR RAN-OVER DOUGHNUT 2?
Thor: I'm not sure something qualifies as a 'holy grail' when it has a perfectly fine soundtrack already. Discuss! Grack2: Show us on the doll where the expanded soundtrack touched you.
